“Ku · Fu · Ka · Sui · Chi” is a five-piece calligraphy art collection by Japanese design calligrapher Fudemura, inspired by the Five Elements philosophy that has shaped Asian views of the universe and human existence for centuries.

The five elements—Space, Wind, Fire, Water, and Earth—originated in ancient Buddhist thought and were later developed as a fundamental worldview in Japanese esoteric Buddhism.
They represent the forces that form all phenomena, from the cosmos to the human body.

Each character embodies a distinct essence:

Ku (Space) — openness, infinity, and potential

Fu (Wind) — movement and transformation
